Infura has released a public endpoint for Linea's Beta Testnet.
Many people will have gotten an email informing them about this release which identifies them as having participated in the beta testing. Don't worry if you feel this doesn't apply to you; the important thing is that now, you can build to your heart's content without worrying about endpoint limitations. 🚀
